Imagine the thrill of greeting your new vehicle at Audi Headquarters in Germany! Audi of America is excited to offer customers a personalized delivery of their new Audi at the Audi Forum Customer Center in Ingolstadt, Germany. The program applies to all models sold in the USA.

Enjoy a chauffeured airport pick up and one night complimentary accommodations for 2 guests. Choose from one of three Audi recommended area hotels below and enjoy complimentary food and non-alcoholic beverages in the Customer Center's Market Restaurant on your delivery day.

At the Forum in Ingolstadt, customers will get a behind the scenes look at the manufacturing of Audi vehicles with a guided tour of the factory. You can also stop by the Audi Mobile Museum to learn more about Audi tradition while taking the opportunity to see some of our great classics.

Afterwards you can experience the feel of your new Audi on the country roads of Germany or on the open stretches of the Autobahn. Travel throughout Europe in your new Audi for up to 90 days and then drop it off at one of 14 European locations when your journey comes to an end. You can return home knowing your vehicle will be shipped back to the US and transported to your dealer for final delivery.

Take your Audi experience to the next level by participating in a driver's day package created with our European Delivery customers in mind! You can start off by selecting a top-of-the-line model like the new Audi Q5, the Audi RS 6, or any other Audi model - the choice is yours. The driver's day staff at the Audi Forum will familiarize you thoroughly with the car, and provide you with a detailed route recommendation for the 3 hour round-trip drive to the Altmühl Valley. Customer Sequence of Events

Customer visits a participating Audi Dealer to place an order three to four months prior to departure.

Within two weeks after placing the order, Audi will mail a welcome letter confirming the vehicle production date and the approximate delivery date. The vehicle is built in approximately 60 days after order inception.

Once the vehicle finishes production, the customer is invited in to complete the final paperwork.

After confirmation customers should make travel arrangements accordingly.

pproximately two weeks after completing the final paperwork, Audi of America will mail the delivery documentation to the customer. This will include the Confirmation and Agenda, Authority for Vehicle Delivery, and the   International Factory Collection Shipping Voucher.

Arrival in Ingolstadt and participation in the scheduled delivery day.

The vehicle is driven to one of 14 authorized drop-off locations within the specified registration and insurance period (must be within 90-Days of delivery date). The dealer will make arrangements to reimburse 19% Value Added Tax (VAT) to the customer after confirmation of vehicle drop-off at an authorized location.

Approximately 8-10 weeks (pending transportation, weather, or US Customs delays) are required for vehicles to be shipped and delivered in the USA.

After PDI, licensing, and registration, the dealer will contact the customer to complete final delivery

Do vehicle purchases and leases qualify?

Standard lease and APR finance rates apply through Audi Financial Services.

Will Audi provide warranty coverage in Europe?

All Audi vehicles are covered by a special 4-Year / 50,000 mile warranty coverage. When your car is shipped home, your warranty coverage will be the same as all other Audi vehicles sold in the United States.

Will Audi provide Insurance Coverage, Export License Plates, Vehicle Registration in Europe?

Complimentary Comprehensive insurance¹ and export license plates are provided for 15 days by Audi. A Certificate of Insurance and vehicle registration will be provided upon vehicle delivery in Ingolstadt, Germany. The customer will be responsible for purchasing additional insurance coverage and export license plates beyond 15-days. If customer wishes to purchase additional insurance coverage and extend the expiration of export license plates, arrangements can be made available for up to 90-days. When do I have to begin covering my new Audi under my name with my own insurance policy?

Although Audi will provide comprehensive insurance coverage on your vehicle for 15 days while in Europe, it is our recommendation to contact your insurance agent at the time your order is placed at your Audi Dealer.

Does Audi offer Complimentary Accommodations?

Audi is also pleased to offer a one room, one night, complimentary hotel accommodation for you and a guest. The program provides complimentary chauffeured transportation directly to the Forum from Franz Josef Strauss airport in Munich, or if you prefer, to one of three Audi ecommended area hotels. Complimentary hotel transportation will also be provided for those guests who have scheduled delivery for the following morning. At Audi Forum Ingolstadt, you and a guest can enjoy complimentary meals and non-alcoholic beverages all day in the Market Restaurant as well as a guided tour of our factory and self guided museum tour.

Where and when can I take delivery of my new Audi?

At the Customer Center of Audi Forum Ingolstadt within 60-days from the date that final payment is made at your participating Audi Dealer.

Can I have a relative take delivery of my Audi for me?

The purchaser must take delivery of their vehicle.

When and where can I drop off my Audi for transport home?

Your new Audi must be driven and dropped-off at one of 14 authorized EH Harms locations throughout Europe for shipping. Simply drive your Audi to the authorized location of your choice within your temporary registration period (maximum of 90 days). An EH Harms agent will complete a Shipment Order Form with you and then take care of all the required procedures for you.

Your vehicle will be shipped to your ordering dealer. Port handling, drop off fees, ocean freight, marine insurance, and port brokerage are covered by Audi of America.

You can drop off your Audi on any weekday before your journey comes to a close. Please note appointments are suggested and drop-offs are not available on weekends or nationally recognized European holidays.

What documentation will be required at vehicle drop off?

To prevent shipping delays it is important to have a copy of your Certificate of Insurance, Vehicle Registration with Vehicle Sales Agreement, Passport, Driver's License, and Social Security number available for US customs clearance.

What do I need to be made aware of at vehicle drop off?

Vehicles containing personal effects, such as non-factory installed accessories, luggage, car seats, etc. must be removed from your vehicle at time of drop off or they may not be returned to you. Removing personal effects from your vehicle will help avoid delays and additional costs that may incur as a result of these delays. Only the spare tire, jack, and tools are shipped with the car.

What if my car is damaged in shipment from Europe to the United States?

The purchase price of your Audi includes all transportation and Marine insurance.

How soon will my Audi vehicle be available for pick up in the United States?

From the time you drop off your vehicle at an authorized location in Europe, please allow approximately eight (8) weeks or more (pending transportation, weather, or US Customs delays) for your Audi dealer to arrange for delivery.
