They are too sales motivated. I came in for an inspection and oil change on my 1 year old Audi Q5. Christina tried to convince me I needed $1500 of additional services to maintain my car. Her quote was based on 20,000 miles when I only had 10,000. She also had to hand write certain “upgrades” and the pricing because “they wouldn’t show up when she printed it out”— I imagine that money might just get pocketed by her and not be going towards any services for my car at all.

The morning I was scheduled to pick up a vehicle I had left for detailing, Progressive flagged an open safety recall when I added the VIN to my insurance. These people were terrible and rude from the start. I came in there with my brother trying to get a new set of wheels, and the salesman was actually very friendly rare. Not sure where their high rating comes from—this dealership is anything but. I recently bought a BRAND-NEW Q3, which turned out to be a complete mistake. Their customer service is severely lacking, and the quality of the car has gone downhill in recent years. I had a terrific experience at Audi Tampa thanks to Adam, Alan and Dylan. I must admit, I came in to buy a Mercedes but left an Audi owner. The Audi exceeded my expectations. I could feel a difference with Audi's 4-matic drive and how it handled the road. It felt solid and smooth. After hearing a drying grinding noise, I took my car to both Toyota Dealerships and they both indicated I needed brakes. While replacing the brakes, the service tech said I needed a water pump as my water pump was slowly leaking and the reservoir was empty. The Dealership warranty wouldn't pay for it as I was 1 day short of the validation clause, So much for car warrantees. This dealer took a deposit and had me place insurance on a Mercedes S550, 2020. Both done since it was Friday evening and I was to wire transfer funds Monday morning. On Monday morning the saleman told me they sold the car to another customer. Undoubtedly they received a better deal. What good was the deposit? Why have me add insurnace? I even took the car for an hour to my house. Where is the ethics? This is fraud: "wrongful or criminal deception intended to result in financial or personal gain"
This is my first time owning a Audi, took my vehicle to Audi of Tampa & the staff was nice, they diagnosed my vehicle, told me what the issue was. Within a the part was ordered & I had my vehicle back.
